's 23rd year of ministry at Elim. He served first as an assistant pastor and then in 1992 as the lead pastor. Marvin continues to lead the church with a strong desire to see Elim Church be all God intends it to be and to fully realize her mission; Honor God, Invite all people into a relationship with Christ, encourage life-giving relationships and to see each individual equipped to serve God and one's fellow man. Marvin's primary role is to provide overall leadership to Elim and to teach and preach God's word. Graduating from Northwest Bible College (now Vanguard College) in 1979, Marvin has served churches in Winnipeg and Calgary and was the Western Canadian Representative for Crossroads Christian Communications. He continues to serve the larger church through involvement with National, District and Missions Ministries. Marvin is completing a Masters Program in Leadership and Management at Briercrest Seminary.
Marvin is married to Sharlaine and together they have three young adult daughters.
Blaine Eagle : Music Pastor

Blaine holds a Bachelor of Music degree from the University of Calgary, with piano being his major instrument. Prior to Blaine and his wife, Anne’s arrival at Elim Tabernacle, they served congregations in Calgary, Hamilton and Kelowna.
Blaine also serves as the Worship Ministries Director for the Saskatchewan District of the PAOC.
Blaine and Anne celebrated their 32nd wedding anniversary on August 25th. They have two children at home Philip and Matthew, two married daughters Kristin (Kevin) and Jenna (Kyle) and are proud grandparents to Kayden, Haylie and Livia.
John Morris : The Mix/Young Marrieds/Marrieds/Community Pastor

He is also involved with the Lakewood Suburban Centre area in establishing a rapport and meaningful relationship with (our church) Elim.
John and his wife Charmaine have been married for 26 years and have two adult children, Kaylene and Shawnee.
Shawn Chapman : Young Adult/Student Ministries Pastor

He gives specific oversight to the Young Adult ministry and desires to see young people reach their generation for Jesus.
Shawn and his wife Lisa have been married for 13 years and have a son Jachin and a daughter Anaya.
Rob Clark : Children's Pastor

He values the opportunities to serve an incredible team of volunteers who are committed to seeing kids and families become spiritual champions. Pastor Rob and the Superstar Kid's team including Pastor Angela (Assistant Children's Pastor) and Jenn Barnstable (Children's Ministry Administrator) desire "Reaching the kids of greater Saskatoon to know Jesus and love others". Pastor Rob encourages a strong partnership with the families and church who are committed to the spiritual growth of children.
Pastor Rob is married to Sherilyn for 24 years. They have four boys - Noah (5), Benjamin (10), Chad (19), and Jordan (23) and a daughter-in-law Heidi.

Murdoch MacFarlane : Discipleship Pastor

His desire is to see people come to faith in Jesus Christ, grow in their faith, discover their spiritual gifts, and learn to put these gifts into practice. Murdoch came to this position 11 years ago, after retiring from a 30 year career in education as a school administrator.
Murdoch and Carol have been married 42 years and have 3 adult, married children and three grandsons and one granddaughter.

Bombay has recently joined the staff of Elim Tabernacle. Matt is overseeing the Youth and Jr. High Ministries. He is passionate about God, Golf and Diet Coke. Matt and his beautiful wife, Taigan, have been married for 5 years.
Bob Tauber : Singles, Seniors & Visitation Pastor

In 2006 he joined the staff part time to pursue his passion to see Single Adults grow in their faith. Later that year he took on the leadership of Elim's Ministry to Seniors and the Care Ministry. Pastor Bob's ministry takes him to hospitals and care homes in Saskatoon.
He has been married to Jan for 45 years and together they have two grown daughters and five glorius grandchildren.
Kevin Abrey : Administration Pastor

At 17 years of age, he felt a calling to support the ministry through administration. He says, "Corporations endeavor to create shareholder value, but we are in the business of partnering with God to create eternal value in His most prized possession - people."
Kevin and Jodi have been married for 16 years and have two girls.
